It was beginning of the year at the National Dealer Convention and we were all very negative about the world financial crises.  As Dealers we were wondering what TSAM is going to present to make us positive about the coming year during this financial crises.

Dr Johan van Zyl walked on the stage and started by saying, ' We have decided that Toyota is NOT going to participate in the Financial Crises'!   It was one of the most positive conferences and we made record profits that year.

We have lost a great leader and human being.
