I will never forget the day when i mistakenly sat on the table that was prepared for you at the canteen the firt day i started working for toyota. When i was asked to shift from the table as it was reserved for the president then,you stopped me and said," Please just sit, and lets share a table,then you started asking me, about how i felt working for toyota and if i was happy too?"

Only then, that i heard people telling me that i was sitting next to the president. I got a shock of my life to this day.I am still amazed on how selfless you were. you were such humble and respect every employer,irrespective of the title you occupied.

You also greeted everyone with a smile...We surely have lost a leader. May Dr JVZ soul rest in perfect peace.
