I remember in 2011 how we started Obeya to improve the Toyota Parts Supply to Angola from South Africa which lead into the improvement and growth to our other African countries. This Obeya which ran over a 2 year period was the changing point for improving supply into Africa and some significant changes were made to cater for the needs of Africa which we are truly grateful for your guidance during this period.

You were truly inspirational and I feel honoured to have worked with you. You will be sorely missed.
