I will always remember Doc with the love he had about TSAM. One day he addressed start up meeting January and he sad let work as 4x4 this year, meaning let work together all structures and departments in order to keep the organization moving . The love he have about members on the floor where ever his going pick one or two TM to social discussions and make jokes. He was living the true meaning of The Toyota Way. I love my Doc.
