I remember Dr Van Zyl in those years I was one of Leadership under Union.We used having meetings with Him as leadership of the Union.He used to listen and engaged to all proposal that we were putting to make sure the Company to grow.Dr Van Zyl was treating every body fairly and equally no matter what Gender or Race.
