Dr. was an amazing man and his absolute respect for every person in the company - no matter your position - amazed me as a very young woman starting at Toyota. He knew what was happening with everyone and asked about every wedding, birth of a child or any major events in his staff's lives. I was dumb struck by his knowledge and inherent wisdom with every meeting we had in the boardroom. But I will always remember that he would greet you with a smile.
